Haivian Research Suite From intent to trusted results.
Haivian Research Suite The complete system
Research Suite Journal

Every part of the machine, working as one.

Factory Studio plus the Discovery Kernel, Watchdog and one bounded Qonduit suitability assessment. Shield and a full Qonduit connection remain optional, so they are never charged twice.

Internal research demonstrated. Produced checkable results across identified bounded internal research programs. Not externally commissioned or generally deployed.

01 The problem

At a certain point the parts have to be one system.

A serious research program needs more than a model call: premises filtered before work begins, bounded execution, evidence-led revision, a watch for material changes, and an interface that lets another person inspect the result.

The Suite packages that research method around one scoped program. A Qonduit assessment may conclude that the work should stay classical; it is not a live connection, ongoing access or provider spend.

02 One scoped research program, with optional boundaries kept optional.
  1. Factory Studio

The governed program core: objectives, bounded work, human authority, evidence and revision.

  2. Discovery Kernel

The protected research method and Assumption Filter used to reach checkable findings.

  3. Watchdog

Tracks the agreed research boundary for material change and routes evidence for review.

  4. Qonduit assessment

Examines one research angle and may return a stay-classical decision.

  5. Discovery Interface

The decision surface where approved evidence becomes inspectable.

03 The outcome

What you end up holding

A scoped research program with authority, execution, evidence-led revision, Watchdog monitoring and an inspectable decision surface in one record.

04 Evidence

What supports this today.

Internal research demonstrated. Produced checkable results across identified bounded internal research programs. Not externally commissioned or generally deployed.

Produced checkable results across identified bounded internal research programs. Not externally commissioned or generally deployed.

The increase applies to bounded internal research work across separate programs. It is not a claim that the integrated Research Suite has completed customer commissioning or whole-suite qualification.

What supports the increase
  • One public-reference energy-network challenge reached formal acceptance for Stages 1 and 3. Stage 3 covered a complete public-reference chronology and deterministic sensitivity campaign, with 77 of 77 invalid-mutation rejections, 6 of 6 verifier controls and 5 of 5 producer controls.
  • Airbus M1 symbolic and dimensional consistency was accepted after fresh independent verification: 132 of 132 exact checks, 203 of 203 comparison and held-out checks, 57 of 57 negative mutation detections, and 6 of 6 clean controls.
  • DAP AI produced one independently reviewed local L1 implementation with six targeted repair checks and nine separately frozen independent checks passing. The full corrected 144-fixture matrix was not rerun, and the wider commission retained a coordination-control breach.
  • Project-designed Wildcard and Connection Mining foundations have implemented contracts, strict schemas and fail-closed validation; Connection Mining records conformance-proven orientation/read-model contracts.
Planning and readiness only
  • HSBC is domain-ready and frozen for a separately authorized Factory handshake. Its readiness record passed 32 of 32 checks, but no data acquisition, modelling, experiment or provider execution followed.
  • Airbus M2 has not started, official challenge-intent ambiguity remains, and no numerical solver, convergence, industrial-CFD, conformity or advantage result is accepted.
  • Live Wildcard workers, research miners, literature adapters and a shared connection library remain uncommissioned; the current capability is a tested foundation, not an operating discovery service.

No external deployment, customer or challenge-owner endorsement, production-readiness guarantee, validated novelty, live-provider or QPU result, or general discovery claim follows from this status. The energy case uses public-reference data and is not customer-calibrated. The Research Suite journal remains empty because no public exhibit has been approved.

Research Suite evidence journal · How we label claims

Why this section is short

We publish the evidence we have, not the evidence we expect. Nothing on this page cites a customer, a metric or an outcome that does not exist. Where a claim is architectural rather than demonstrated, the meter above says so.

05 Who this is for

Who feels this most.

Organizations where one research program has to be defensible and inspectable, with optional privacy and quantum integrations added only when the scope actually needs them.

Research programs that must withstand external examination

Institutions putting AI into decisions with regulatory or contractual exposure

Any organization that will have to show its work, not just its answer

06 Deployment and privacy

Where it runs decides where your data goes.

Scoped standard engagement

Local deployment planning

Private cloud or VPC planning

Hosted services kept explicit

Each model implies a different data boundary. See all four in detail.

07 The boundary

Legible without being reproducible.

What customers can verify
  • ●The scoped objective and authority
  • ●The evidence and revision record
  • ●The Qonduit assessment and any stay-classical decision
What Haivian Technology protects
  • ●The Discovery Kernel method
  • ●How the research components are coordinated inside Factory

Named rather than hidden. You can see the boundary, the behaviour and the evidence without being able to rebuild the mechanism.

08 Pricing

Need local code and systems building instead?

The separate locally installed Code Factory / Systems Builder starts at $79,000. It does not include Research Suite capabilities and is not added to the $99,000 Research Suite price.

Compare Code Factory

Provider spend, local compute-stack work, hardware, out-of-scope travel and ongoing support are separately scoped.

09 Inside Haivian Factory

Research Suite alone, and Research Suite connected.

What is included, and what is not

The $43,500 base is Factory Studio plus the Discovery Kernel, Watchdog and one bounded Qonduit suitability assessment. Shield, full Qonduit integration, Steward, provider spend and local compute hardware are not silently included. Locally installed engagements start at $99,000, while any hosted Qonduit Intelligence or provider-facing service remains hosted unless separately qualified and scoped.

What the Research Suite adds

The Haivian Discovery Kernel

A protected method for arriving at findings, and an open account of how those findings can be checked.

The method is protected. The result, the evidence behind it, and the route by which anyone can verify it, are not.

The base includes Watchdog and one bounded Qonduit suitability assessment. That assessment may conclude that the work should stay classical; it is not live execution, an ongoing connection or provider spend.

Factory Studio$30,000
Discovery Kernel$13,500
Research Suite base$43,500
Base + Shield$47,499 (~$47,500)
Base + full Qonduit integration$48,000
Base + both$51,999 (~$52,000)

Shield adds $3,999 per year. Full Qonduit integration adds $4,500 one-off. Neither is charged inside the base and again as an add-on.
