What this website collects, what our software does with your data, and where the boundary sits between the two.
This document is a working draft published for transparency while Haivian Technology prepares for launch. It has not yet been reviewed by qualified counsel and is not a contract. Items still awaiting a decision are marked as open below. Online purchasing stays closed until these are settled and approved.
This site runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no session recording. There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.
Web server access logs may record the usual request metadata. These are operational records, not a profile.
If you send an enquiry we hold what you send us, in order to reply and to scope an engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Open item. Retention period for enquiry data is not yet set.
The products are local-first. In the current local deployment, your project content, provider credentials and Shield vault mappings remain on your own device. Haivian Technology does not receive them.
When you direct the software to call a model provider, that request goes from your machine to that provider under your own credentials and under their terms. We are not a party to it.
The evidence ledger records the event, the policy applied and the authority under which it happened. It is a record of what occurred, not a copy of the protected content itself.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and a person will answer.
Open item. The specific privacy regimes Haivian Technology formally commits to are not yet decided.
