Haivian Quantum Qonduit From intent to quantum.
Haivian Quantum Qonduit Quantum decision boundary
Qonduit Evidence Journal

The intent to quantum computation pipeline.

A standalone gate between intent and quantum computation, and the quantum boundary inside Haivian Factory.

Qualified. Passed a defined controlled qualification campaign.

Deliberately specialist. If quantum is not in your reasoning stack you do not need this, and we would rather say so than sell it to you.

01 The problem

Everything between the idea and the machine is missing.

Every quantum SDK starts at the point where you have already decided what to run. Nothing owns the part before that: whether this problem suits quantum at all, what it will cost, who approved the spend, which provider is permitted, whether the submission actually landed, and how the result gets back to the objective that asked for it.

Qonduit is designed as that whole pipeline, with guardrails and cost controls built in. The currently accepted public boundary is private/local and no-effect: live provider execution remains planned and separately qualified.

02 What you actually see

What you actually see.

Stages, inputs, outputs and decision points. Not the mechanism behind them.

  1. Intent in

A stated objective, not a circuit. The question is whether quantum is even the right instrument.

  2. Relevance decided

Whether quantum work suits this objective is decided explicitly, and the reasoning is recorded.

  3. Estimated and authorized

For a qualified execution path, cost and authority are established before any effect.

  4. Routed

Today the accepted public evidence covers local simulation. Provider routing remains a separately qualified capability.

  5. Submission reconciled

The design reconciles ambiguous effects before retry; accepted public evidence does not claim a general live-provider service.

  6. Evidence returned

Results come back attached to the objective that asked for them.

03 The outcome

What you end up holding

A defensible record of a bounded quantum suitability or local-computation decision: why it was considered relevant, what was authorized, where it ran, and what came back.

For app developers

A bounded developer path, not an automatic provider bill.

Start locally

Bounded SDK and local/offline testing, plus tightly capped hosted intelligence.

A qualified launch carries a one-off fee; the amount is not yet fixed.

Pilot economics

A proposed 2.5% of eligible reconciled provider compute is a pilot, not finalized checkout pricing.

Provider spend is separate, and the end user does not automatically inherit a developer's Qonduit fee.

Pre-authorized signed workflows may run without per-job human review only after the exact workflow has been qualified. General live-provider availability is not claimed.

04 Evidence

What supports this today.

Qualified. Passed a defined controlled qualification campaign.

Passed a defined controlled qualification campaign.

The frozen Qonduit 0.4.0-rc.11 package received ACCEPT_WITH_EXPLICIT_LIMITATIONS for FIRST_USE_NO_EFFECT. All 265 manifest-listed files matched, 35 of 35 independently rerun focused native tests passed, the producer receipt records 308 of 308 source tests, and the local simulator intent-to-evidence path passed.

This evidence does not authorize publication or establish hosted production, live provider or QPU execution, credentials, spend, customer installation, or broad security assurance.

Qonduit evidence journal · How we label claims

Why this section is short

We publish the evidence we have, not the evidence we expect. Nothing on this page cites a customer, a metric or an outcome that does not exist. Where a claim is architectural rather than demonstrated, the meter above says so.

05 Who this is for

Who feels this most.

Research teams with quantum in or near their stack who need a bounded suitability assessment or a private/local integration before any live-provider commitment is considered.

Deciding whether a problem justifies quantum resources before committing budget

Testing one offline or local benchmark under a recorded authorization model

Preparing a separately qualified route for any later provider work

06 Deployment and privacy

Where it runs decides where your data goes.

Private/local first-use package

Offline or local benchmark

Scoped Factory integration

Live provider path only after separate qualification

Each model implies a different data boundary. See all four in detail.

07 The boundary

Legible without being reproducible.

What customers can verify
  • ●The relevance decision and its reasoning
  • ●The estimate or zero-cost local preview and who authorized it
  • ●Which local simulator path was used in the accepted profile
  • ●The reconciliation record before any retry
What Haivian Technology protects
  • ●The handshake between Qonduit and whatever is asking for computation
  • ●Routing and provider selection logic
  • ●Estimation models
  • ●Reconciliation and retry algorithms

Named rather than hidden. You can see the boundary, the behaviour and the evidence without being able to rebuild the mechanism.

08 Pricing

What Qonduit costs.

All prices are in USD.

Access begins with a scoped evaluation on one of your own problems. Starter allowances and development credits are bounded and specified before work. Live provider spend is separate.

LOCAL BENCHMARK
Project connection

One governed Qonduit connection to one offline or local benchmark.

$390/ one-off scope
  • One scoped project
  • One offline or local benchmark
  • Starter intelligence allowance specified before work
  • Evidence returned to the objective
  • Local simulation only in the currently accepted evidence
  • Relevance decided before computation
  • No live provider access included
  • Provider spend is separate
ONE FACTORY PROGRAM
INSTITUTIONAL
Factory integration

A scoped Qonduit integration inside one Factory program.

$4,500/ one-off scope
  • One Factory program
  • Qonduit suitability and local pathways
  • One authority model
  • Evidence lands in the Factory record
  • Not an unlimited enterprise system
  • Deeply embedded or networked decision systems need a separate implementation quote
  • Live provider execution remains separately qualified
  • Provider spend is separate

Starter allowances and development credits are bounded and specified before work. Live provider spend is separate.

09 Inside Haivian Factory

Qonduit alone, and Qonduit connected.

Inside Haivian Factory

On its own, Qonduit governs bounded suitability and local computation decisions. Inside one Factory program, a separately qualified quantum action can inherit the same authority and evidence model. The $4,500 integration does not promise an unlimited enterprise decision network or general live-provider access.

The scoped Factory integration shown above is the connection for the stated program. It is not an unlimited-project licence.
