The evaluation fee is fully creditable against an annual agreement if you convert. If you do not convert, the fee covers the work done during the evaluation.
Approved outputs produced during an evaluation remain viewable and exportable after it ends. Governed execution stops.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your licence runs to the end of the term you have paid for.
Open item. Cooling-off window, its length, and whether mid-term refunds are pro-rated are not yet decided.
Evidence you generated belongs to you. We will not hold it hostage to a renewal.
Open item. The post-termination export window and guaranteed export format are not yet defined.
