What we will and will not say.
A company selling assurance should be the easiest company in the market to check. Everything below is a rule the site is built against, not an aspiration.
Six evidence levels
Every capability claim carries one.
The meter beside each label is the same six segments everywhere. Level four has separate research-demonstrated and live-commissioned labels so unlike evidence is not conflated. More lit means stronger evidence, not broader availability.
Qualified
Passed a defined controlled qualification campaign.
Internal research demonstrated
Produced checkable results across identified bounded internal research programs. Not externally commissioned or generally deployed.
Live commissioned alpha
Completed a defined live provider pathway, with stated limits.
Implemented internal foundation
Implemented and tested internally. Not generally commissioned.
Guided evaluation
Available only inside a bounded customer evaluation.
Planned
Product direction without a current availability claim.
The rules

We never resolve a gap by choosing the stronger claim
Where an internal source and a public claim disagree, the lower authenticated state is published and the stronger capability waits for evidence. The site will not compile if a claim carries no state.
We do not describe intended architecture as commissioned fact
Plenty of this system is built and tested internally without being generally commissioned. That state has its own label and we use it, including where a vaguer word would read better.
We do not publish a customer's evidence without their approval
Reference work stays unpublished until the owner of that work, and anyone whose name would appear beside it, has approved exactly what is said.
We do not mark up your model usage
Provider costs are paid by you, to your providers, at their prices. Our subscription licenses software, governance and support, and says so.
Words you will not find on this site
Fully autonomous. Guarantees correctness. Eliminates hallucinations. Certified secure. Third party verified, unless the third party is named and the verification published. Production ready, which means nothing and is used to mean everything.
The build rejects these strings. If one ever appears here, the failure is ours and we would like to know.
