[Clear, specific research title]
Replace every bracketed instruction with author-approved manuscript content. Do not use promotional titles or keyword stuffing.
No DOI or ISSN field appears unless a real identifier has been assigned. Google Scholar inclusion is never claimed.
Abstract
Author-written summary of the question, methods, principal result, scope and material limitations. This must describe the paper rather than the audit.
Contribution and prior work
State the contribution, relationship to the strongest relevant prior work, novelty boundary and citation trail.
Research substance
For mathematical work
Definitions, notation, assumptions, theorem statements, proofs, lemmas, counterexamples and exact dependency chain.
For scientific or computational work
Methods, materials or data provenance, controls, environment, statistical analysis, results, uncertainty and the distinction between observed evidence and interpretation.
Limitations
State untested conditions, known weaknesses, external-validity limits, unavailable evidence and unresolved findings in language a reader can act on.
Funding, conflicts and AI use
Disclose funding, institutional and commercial relationships, Haivian/Qonduit contribution, author AI use and any relationship that affects independence. AI assistance is never listed as a human author.
Code, data and reproducibility
Link only author-approved artifacts the author has the right to release. Include exact version/commit identity, licence, environment/dependencies, permitted datasets or retrieval references, commands and test/results summary where applicable. Open sourcing is optional.
Publication formats: full accessible HTML and a linked searchable PDF where available. Production formatting cannot change scientific meaning without author approval and, where material, renewed review.
Distinct public Council review record
This is not part of author attribution. Record the exact reviewed manuscript/version, agreed claims, supplied evidence, checks actually performed, claim-level findings, limitations, conflicts and accountable human sign-off. Link the paper and review record to each other.
Corrections, retractions and version history
List every public version with date, status and change summary. Corrections and retractions remain visible, link to affected versions and explain the reason. Preserve historical records rather than silently replacing them.
References
Complete, verifiable references in the house format. Cite primary sources where possible.
