Draft house format and controls

Prepare the claim for readers, review and time.

A practical checklist for author-owned manuscripts, transparent evidence and durable publication records. Submission is not live.

Publication service

Suitable manuscripts may be accepted into a scoped review. Production formatting is included only after separate editorial acceptance and author approval; scientific meaning cannot change without author approval and review.

Manuscript identity

  • Freeze the exact title, authors, affiliations and corresponding author.
  • Select every relevant canonical journal topic; a paper may belong to more than one.
  • Supply an author-written abstract and natural subject keywords.
  • Identify the exact manuscript version for every review round.
  • Separate author attribution from reviewers and AI assistance.

Research content

  • State contribution, prior work and novelty boundary.
  • Define assumptions, methods, data provenance and uncertainty.
  • Show proofs or results in enough detail to inspect.
  • State limitations and unresolved findings directly.

Rights and disclosures

  • Confirm author rights to text, figures, code and data.
  • Disclose funding, conflicts and Haivian/Qonduit contribution.
  • Describe material AI use without listing AI as a human author.
  • Approve the exact licence and final public artifacts.

Reproducibility

  • Open sourcing remains optional.
  • Release only sanitized artifacts with permitted licences.
  • Provide environment, dependencies, commands and exact versions.
  • Complete IP, secret and security checks before any release.

Public paper package

  • Use one unique stable paper URL.
  • Publish accessible full HTML and linked searchable PDF when available.
  • Expose truthful title, author, date, abstract and version metadata.
  • Keep sales banners outside scholarly paper content.

After publication

  • Keep version history visible and link corrections to affected versions.
  • Preserve retraction notices and the reasons for them.
  • Maintain a separate public Council review record.
  • Seek Google Scholar compatibility only as a technical target; never promise indexing or rank.
No invented infrastructure: the journal has no DOI or ISSN, no confirmed indexing, no live submission channel and no published papers. Private manuscripts must not be sent through this staged page.
