COHLER–SOON / DOI10.53234/scc202612/05 — PUBLIC MATERIAL AND EXCLUSIONS

The commissioner authorized publication of the audit-authored report, articles,
scripts, derived aggregate results, synthetic examples and review accounts.
This public supplement includes only that authored material, source identities
and references. It does not distribute third-party papers, datasets, figures,
screenshots, library binaries or source-code dependencies.

Input filenames, source URLs, bibliographic identifiers, versions and checksums
allow readers to request the inputs directly from the primary providers under
their terms. Some providers state public/CC-BY terms, but this release does not
rely on a blanket redistribution assumption for the combined source archive.
No license is granted here over third-party materials. No public supplement
file should be described as an author-issued correction to the audited paper.

The audit-authored scripts are original bounded analysis programs. They import
external libraries but contain no vendored library source. Synthetic CSVs were
generated by the audit and are labeled as such. Observational data slices and
paired raw-data CSVs are omitted; readers regenerate them from obtained inputs.

This notice records the publication basis and exclusions; it does not invent
an open-source license or transfer ownership. Further reuse permissions for
the authored publication should follow the publisher's separately stated terms.

Public-copy sanitization removes private filesystem locations, chat identifiers,
unnecessary personal contact details, acquisition cookies/headers, raw execution
logs and operational/sandbox details. Scientific assumptions, source citations,
missing-input limits, original review exposure disclosures and challenge
corrections are retained. The staging allowlist defines the entire release;
the private workspace is not a publication source directory.
